The plot of this novel hooked me right away. I had to keep reading to find out what happened to the missing boy and whether or not the creepy circus was involved.Kurt Criscione introduced a new element to the scary clown trope which I found intriguing.
I would be interested in reading more about this unusual circus.

This is a solid bit of entertainment. A main character that is very engaging, terrific action scenes (the author seems to know his martial arts), a scary villain and an intiguing plot.
I am hoping somewhere down the line we see another book staring Jon Shaw - Monster Hunter!
